There is no limit. Staff require access to a laptop or desktop to complete the course. It is not designed to work on smaller devices.

The Council’s System Administrator will have access to which staff members have completed the course; who is partly progressed; and who is yet to commence the training, among other information.
sinconline will not hold any personal information. Council will provide your name and your Council email address to sinconline to facilitate the distribution of the program.
Each Council is given an agreed number of licences to facilitate the training program for their staff. These licences are provided for a set period of time, for example two (2) months. The length of time of the licence will be detailed in the quote.
No. The program is intellectual property owned by sinconline and downloading; copying; or distributing the program in any way without the consent of sinconline is prohibited and legal action may be taken. You will complete the program through the sinconline LMS and will be provided with an email link to enable this access.

As sinconline will hold the program on its server, and it is not available for download. Any major changes made to the Model Code of Conduct by the Office of Local Government will be made to the sinconline eLearning program. The program will be current for the training undertaken by Council staff.
User information is usually taken from a pre-programmed system at Council and downloaded by Council’s System Administrator into our LMS once access has been given by the sinconline Administrator.
The course and module progression is logged and readily accessible. From a user perspective, if you exit a module mid-way, you have the option to continue from the last point or restart from the beginning when you log back in.
From the Council’s System Administrator perspective, the system can provide the following reports:
There is an option to set time deadlines for courses and reminder messages to prompt users to complete the course. These can be configured to suit organisational culture and needs.
In principle yes, but this may involve a one-off implementation cost.
Your Council owns the learner data and the Council System Administrator can access various reports from the system using the dashboard.
This information is visible via the dashboard and alert reports can be configured and discussed with Council.
